On a recent afternoon, four illegal immigrants asked the Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff's Office for a ride back home to Mexico, say department officials.
The four were located in the Aguila area west of Phoenix and were seeking work. They admitted they were in the country illegally and after being unable to find work, they wanted a return ride to Mexico.
The illegal aliens were processed by the county sheriff’s office human smuggling unit and then they were turned over to ICE. ICE finally granted their request and sent them home to Mexico.
The county sheriff’s office says that in the past, Aguila area residents have sought the department's help because of "problems related to illegal immigration."

We live here in Aguila and witnessed this action at Woody's (gas station, only fuel in town) where illegals loiter looking for work. Illegals walked up to patrol car and basically turned themselves in and wanted to get out of Aguila.
ReplyDeleteIllegals are still coming here now for work only to find out that the main employer in area for illegals, Martori Farms, is not hiring illegals this year since employer sanctions were passed by State of Arizona in January.
We have had it with them and the crime brought with them after getting here and not finding work and getting hungry, no housing, stealing to eat or way to get somewhere else not so 'unfriendly' to illegals.
There are others that bring drugs into this little desert town and others that 'service' the workers with sex. Town is only 1.4 miles long on RT 60 and to see 'street walkers' daily this is a shock for this sleepy little town. This is still a problem.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio pulls his media stunts (roundups) in Phoenix area but ignores small towns outside his media circus arena.
Aguila now has the highest population per capita in Maricopa County (AZ) with Concealed Carry Permits. In a town of 400 legal year round residents over 150 have CCW permits (in last 6 months) and many more carrying 'open' since murder of two upstanding legal citizens in November. Murdered, both shot and house burned in attempt to cover crime. No suspects, but town has own ideas.
Over 48 burglaries, 2 armed robberies, one in which female cashier was slashed three times by robber (an illegal), 4 home invasions, 3 stolen vehicles, numerous assaults, all in two months.
If MCSO doesn't take care of the problem the town will!
Check blogs for AGUILA ARIZONA, SURACI, VALLEY MARKET, WICKENBURG SUN, CRIME... it's all there.
SEND THEM HOME THEN COME TO TENNESSEE AND SEND THEM HOME WHEATHER THEY WANT TO GO OR NOT!!!!
