To woo California Latinos, Senator Barack Obama is spotlighting his support of granting driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. Latinos want them. But the general electorate vehemently does not. Drivers licenses for illegal immigrants helped undo former California Governor Gray Davis. Said Federico Peña, Denver mayor now supporting Obama. 'I think when the Latino community hears Barack's position on such an important and controversial issue, they'll understand that his heart and his intellect is with Latino community.'
One in 3 Californians is Latino, although they make up just 14 percent of the electorate.
Obama has also made a promise to Latino leaders to take up immigration reform in his first year. Clinton has not made such a promise, only that she would make her best effort.
Obama is a socialist at will. Just what this country needs.

There is already a way for illegals to get a driver's license! This is a NON-ISSUE.
ReplyDeleteI took my home-schooled daughter to get a driver's license...it wasn't enough that I had her birth certificate, social security card and home school ID...we had to go out and purchase a passport too! (They took the documentation that the Texas DPS refused!!!)
The sick thing about it is all an illegal needs is a "BORDER CROSSER CARD" -- Don't ask me where to get one though, I don't think if I crossed the border into Mexico they'd hand me one!!!
This is no joke. I am totally disgusted with our government right now. American citizens have a harder time getting a driver's license than an illegal! It is interesting that they can REGISTER TO VOTE WHEN THEY GET THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSE...a program/law brought to you by Bill & Hillary Clintoon. This was the whole point of Motor/Voter Registration!

My computer was attacked by a virus and when i bought it, i missed the drivers, so i needed to looking information by internet. Finally i reached an information that advised me download by the web. i was surprised.
