In Lindbergh, Arizona, less than 10 percent of the student were Hispanic in 1980.Today, 75 percent of students are Hispanic. Estimates are that there are between 125,000 and 145,000 children of illegal immigrants in Arizona public schools. People who do track immigration trends estimate that 125,000 to 145,000 children of illegal immigrants attend public elementary and secondary schools in Arizona, almost 10 percent of all Arizona schoolchildren.
In 1982, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that all children in the United States have a constitutional right to a public education regardless of their immigration status or that of their parents. Today, Arizona taxpayers spend almost $1.2 billion per year to educate the children of illegal immigrants.
What is wrong with this picture? We need to quit electing politicians that are allowing us to get sold down the river! Stop voting them in! Thank God, Bush will be leaving office soon, Only not soon enough! He is a very bad president and has done our country great harm...that will go down in our History Books! BLOCK THE BORDERS!!!
